When you report a problem (in Discord or by email) it speeds things up if you can include:
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The camera, video or search involved, if relevant.
- A screenshot and the time it happened, if you can.
- Your browser or device (e.g. Chrome on Mac, or the iPhone app).
