Vehicle Log: every vehicle, described and logged
Vehicle Log is a Svid check that logs every vehicle your cameras see, by description: what type, what colour, when it arrived, where it went. Deliveries, contractors, and the white van at the loading dock after hours all become searchable entries instead of unwatched footage. It reads no number plates and needs no ANPR hardware.
What it does
Svid already reads every frame of your footage and describes what's happening in it. Vehicle Log is a paid check over those descriptions that turns the vehicles in those frames into a log: a blue tipper at the gate at 07:42, a courier van at the front at 11:15, a white van at the loading dock after 6pm. Each entry links to the footage it came from. Worth saying plainly and early: vehicles are logged by description and activity, not by number plate. There's no ANPR here, which also means no plate database to secure.

What an alert looks like
The log is the product, but notable activity can alert too. "White van at the loading dock, 18:22, outside delivery hours" lands on screen and by email with a description and a link to the moment, or as a JSON webhook into whatever runs the yard.
Where it runs
Like every check, Vehicle Log is switched on per camera, so the gate and the dock can be on while the staff car park stays off, if that's what you want. It works on RTSP feeds from an existing recorder, on uploaded files, on video URLs, and on a live phone camera covering a temporary entrance. Recorded footage works too, so last month's deliveries can be reconstructed after the fact rather than only watched going forward.
