What it does
Svid describes every frame of the dock cameras; this check organises that into a log of dock events: a lorry arriving at bay 2, unloading starting, the bay standing empty, the departure. The record accumulates on its own, without anyone keying anything in.
The disputes it settles
- When the truck actually arrived and left, which is where demurrage and waiting-time arguments live
- Whether loading happened during the disputed window
- What was moving across the dock when the damage supposedly occurred
Each is answered by a search, "lorry at bay 2 this morning" or "when did the last truck leave on Friday". The footage was always there; the difference is not having to scrub it.
What the output looks like
A searchable record comes first, alerts second. Notable events, an arrival outside receiving hours, activity at a bay that should be idle, arrive by email with a description and a link to the moment, or as a JSON webhook into the warehouse system that already runs the day.
Where it runs
Enabled per camera, so it runs on the dock cameras and nowhere else. It works on RTSP from the existing recorder, uploaded files, video URLs, or a live phone camera aimed at a temporary bay. Recorded footage runs through the same pipeline as live, so a disputed week can be reconstructed after the claim arrives.
Pricing
Report checks are cheap: they start at a $3/month floor, and the Store shows the exact figure from your own usage ("+$X/mo at your usage"). The subscription itself is based on your own usage, minimum $9/month, with the arithmetic shown at signup. It sits alongside the rest of the checks on the same account.

- Does it read number plates?
- No. There's no ANPR; vehicles are logged by type, colour and activity, which is what settles most dock disputes.
- Does it need new cameras on the dock?
- No. It runs on the cameras already covering the bays, or a phone propped up where coverage is thin.
