Liability Evidence Pack: the bundle, ready

Liability Evidence Pack is a Svid report check that assembles the footage relevant to a claim into one bundle: the clips that matter, each with a plain-English description of what it shows, ready to hand to your insurer or solicitor instead of a day of raw footage.

What it does

Svid has already described every frame of your footage. Liability Evidence Pack gathers the moments relevant to a specific incident, the event, the lead-up, the conditions at the time, and packages them as a bundle: relevant clips plus written descriptions of what each shows. What the insurer receives is the material, organised, rather than "here's Tuesday, good luck".

Why not just send the export

A full day's export answers nothing by itself. Someone at the insurer still has to find the moment, and by handing it over the operator has just disclosed a day of unrelated footage of staff and customers to make that possible. A focused bundle is faster for the claim to move on and better for privacy, since only what's relevant ever leaves the building.

What's in the bundle

The clips covering the incident and the surrounding minutes, a plain-English description per clip, "14:31, liquid visible on the floor near the entrance; 14:47, person slips at the same spot", timestamps and camera references. Findings can arrive by email, and the JSON webhook can push events into a claims system if one exists.

Where it runs

Liability Evidence Pack is switched on per camera. It works on RTSP feeds, uploaded files and video URLs, and recorded footage is the usual case here, since claims tend to arrive weeks after the incident. A months-old export runs through the same pipeline as a live feed.

What it costs

Report checks are the cheap end of the Store. Before you buy, Liability Evidence Pack shows a live price computed from your own usage as "+$X/mo at your usage", and report checks start from a $3 a month floor. It joins a subscription priced from your own usage, with a $9 a month minimum, and the whole derivation is on screen at signup. The pricing section shows the arithmetic. Many operators pair it with Incident Reconstruction.

The claim arrived three weeks after the incident. Too late?
No. Upload the recorded footage; it runs through the same pipeline as a live feed, and the bundle is built from it.
What does my insurer actually receive?
The relevant clips with a written description of each, timestamps and camera references. The material, organised, instead of a raw export.
Is this the same as Incident Reconstruction?
They pair. Reconstruction builds the timeline so you understand what happened; the Evidence Pack turns the relevant material into a bundle you can hand over.
