Cleaning / Service Verification: prove the round happened

Cleaning / Service Verification is a Svid report check that confirms cleaning and service rounds actually happened on camera: when, where, and whether the round covered what it was supposed to. The rota says the washrooms were done at 2pm; the complaint at 3pm says otherwise. This settles it by footage, not by whoever argues longest.

What it does

Svid reads every frame; this check logs cleaning and service activity as it appears on camera: the trolley arriving, surfaces being wiped, bins emptied, the round moving through whichever areas a camera covers. The result is a record you can check against the schedule, rather than a signature on a laminated sheet by the door.

The argument it ends

The sign-off sheet says 14:00. The footage says what it says. When a client, a tenant, or head office asks whether the round happened, the answer is a search, not a meeting. Type "cleaner in the second-floor washroom this afternoon" or "when was the lobby last mopped" and the moment comes back, timestamped.

What the output looks like

Activity is logged and searchable as it happens. When something expected doesn't happen, or something notable does, you get an alert by email with a plain description and a link to the moment, and the same event as a JSON webhook for whatever system tracks the contract.

Where it runs

Enabling is per camera: washroom corridors, lobbies and kitchens on, the staff room off. It works on RTSP feeds, uploaded files, video URLs, or a live phone camera. Recorded footage runs through the same pipeline as live, so a disputed week can be checked after the fact, not just going forward.

Pricing

Report checks are cheap: they start at a $3/month floor, and the Store shows the exact figure from your own usage ("+$X/mo at your usage"). The subscription itself is based on your own usage, minimum $9/month, with the arithmetic shown at signup. Browse the rest of the checks available on the same account.

Can it verify an external cleaning contractor's rounds?
Yes, as long as a camera covers the area. The record is the same whether the cleaner is in-house or contracted.
Is this staff surveillance?
It verifies that scheduled work happened in shared spaces. There's no facial recognition and no biometric IDs, and operators should tell staff and contractors what's monitored and why.
What if the area has no camera?
No camera, no record. It only verifies what a camera you enable it on can see, including a propped-up phone covering a gap.
